How do you get started food wise everyone?0

Log what a normal day is for a day or two. This will help you see what you are eating and what your big cal foods are. Next assess your food and choose where you are willing to cut cals. Next look to see of there are any things you can sub for lower cal versions.0

The biggest thing (for me) is planning. I plan my meals for the week on Sunday morning and then do a big shop to ensure I have everything I need. I even fill out the white board in our kitchen so the kids know what's for dinner each night (and I can avoid their complaints the day of, LOL)! I also schedule out my gym time for the week - again so everyone knows when Mom is not going to be available - and I keep those appointments with myself. Lastly, I log into MFP every day, connect with other members and keep track of my calories, etc. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. You'll do great!0

I'd suggest reading the following posts and to just generally read and educate yourself as much as possible. There's a lot of misinformation out there that can waste a lot of your time and unnecessarily complicate the process of weight loss.
