Day 6 ... It was all going so well

I've had 5 solid days of high protein, low fat, adequate exercise and high motivation.
Today was a bad day, however I'm not upset or worried. I know exactly where I went wrong and after submitting my tracking for the day and seeing my 'your weight would be XXX.XXlbs in 5 weeks' message - rest assured I won't be making that mistake again.
2 weeks ago I would have avoided putting things on my tracker but I was only lying to myself.
Track honestly and let your feelings guide the way!

So true some days are harder than others to stay within the calorie goal as long as you keep track that's what counts0
