    4'11" and 43 years old. I'm currently 117 but would love to be back at 105 just so I can fit into some of my summer pants. I eat 1400 a day but usually eat less on days I don't work out. My TDEE is about 1650. I'm do cardio 3-4x a week but am going to try strength training starting April.

    was eating 1200, stopped losing
    doing 5-6 days of HIIT Burning 150-300 calories per 25 minutes
    increased to 1400 now losing again.

    whats everyone else doing?

    I'm 5'2 1/2 and still losing at 1600 cal per day. It seems more is better with activity!

    I'm between 5'2 and 5'3, one of those. I weigh 176 now, started just around 199lbs on Feb 5th. Only started counting calories just over a week ago, which helped me through my period weight gain & loss, and I'm now down a few more!

    I do 1200, though I noticed MFP is taking away a few calories here and there now.

    I'm 5'2", 48 years old, 107 pounds, 1 hour cardio/day x 5 days a week, on maintenance @ roughly 1,500 calories a day.

    I am 5'3 and weigh 161lb, my base calorie intake is 1330 and I usually burn 300-400 cals per day doing a mixture of cardio and weights. I have lost the best part of 60lbs but am feeling a little frustrated because I've been on a plateau for ages yet still would like to lose another 20lb. Recently I've tried eating back some of my exercise calories, but still no movement on the scales. I guess my logging isn't accurate enough!

    I am 5' 2''. I am hovering between 1200-1400 calories per day. I workout 5 days a week and this week I didn't eat back my calories and BOOM the scale went down.

    5'1" Im eating 1410, plus most of whatever my Fitbit gives me. I lose pretty consistently when I'm tracking accurately.

    I currently weigh 130, and eat around 1600 calories a day
    I work out 6x a week, 60-120 minutes of heavy lifting followed by 20 minutes of cardio, I'm still trying to get rid of my lower belly pooch and inner thigh fat.

    I am recovering from going to low and forcing my body into a brief starvation mode. I was at 1600 cals and lost 12 lbs in Jan then stopped losing, so I went down to 1200 and didn't lose a bit from mid Feb all through March. I work out 3-4 times per week. An hr of hard cardio then I do abs and arms on machines.

    My coach has me at 2100-2300 cals right now and I seem to be heading in the right direction again. I was up 5 lbs last week but seem to be down 2-3 from my plateau weight this week already.

    Just a warning to be careful not to go too low. It can play tricks on you. I literally didn't feel hunger but ate because I knew I should. My hunger is back now and hopefully my metabolism is kicking back in.

    I'm 92.7kg which is about 204lbs I think.

    I am 5'3" and eating 1487. Started 170, currently 164, goal of 140. I workout 1-3 times a week depending on my husbands schedule but I'll be bumping it up after getting a bike in a couple weeks.

    5ft, lose on 1100-1200 but currently maintaining on 1300-1500 depending on what exercise or activity i'm doing.

    Maintain weight on 1800 - 1900 cals
    Currently losing on 1400 - 1500 cals

    Weights 4 times a week, yoga once. No "cardio" as such, but I walk around 3 miles a day. Introducing cardio next week to start shifting big time for my summer cut :smile:

    5ft 2"/ 136lbs/45 yrs - maintaining on 2100 cals / or to lose 1/2lb per week on 1700 cals gross (TDEE method). Am very active/ 20k steps per day.

    Am on my 4th day of loosing weight program. I just ate 700cal/day and i already lost 2.4 kg. So happy with the results. Just counting calories of the food we eat. I dont do any intense exercise...or just nothing at all. My daily routine is just cleaning household chores...mopping floor and thats it.

    5' 143 started at 156 started on mfp at 153 eating 1200 cals. plus exercise calories when that applies.
