    Ooh, where in Europe? I wish you the best of luck! Chances are, you'll even lose a little while you're over there. In my experience, the emphasis on cycling and walking over driving sort of forces you to be active.. it's one of my more expensive weight-loss methods, hehe

    I'm going all over and hope with all the walking to lose a few pounds in the 3 months I'm there. You're right it's an expensive way to lose weight but Oh so worth it!
