Hi, I'm Liz, 31 and mum of two! Done Cambridge weight plan before which works and is great if you don't mind paying, but maintaining weight loss is hardest part! I would like to lose about 14lb and thought doing it gradually would be best! I enjoy running which I am fairly new to, just need to do it more!

Hi Liz, I am 37, mum of two, and on Cambridge. Done it a few times before to shift baby weight, but now want to lose the rest of my flabbiness! I am trying to get in to running but don't enjoy it particularly. I have started HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training, which is good.
  • Hi Liz, i'm 32, mummy to a hairy baby (my puppy Delilah!). I have been on Cambridge for a while now and lost 21 pounds so far. I have found that MFP has really helped me stay on track and motivated me to continue to log my food. If you aren't doing the Cambridge plan and want a good weight loss then instead of running you should try HIIT like @joannejarvis3 suggested. You will burn more fat that way then by doing cardio. Also, it means shorter workout which is more convenient than going for a run. A really good DVD is the 30 day shred by Jillian MIchaels (biggest loser trainer). There are 3 steps which each last 20 minutes. Its great and I am defo seeing results! I highly recommend that if you want something to do at home. Good luck! x
