I am on the IP program right now, 2.5 weeks and about 7lbs. Happy with it. Actually enjoy most of the products. Feel free to add me to see my food diary.0

Not going to lie, this week has been horrible for cheating and I can definitely tell the difference in how I feel. Not quite sure what happened lol

i have had such terrible cravings and I have tried to stay away from my work cafeteria, the mall, the grocery store and my boyfriend eatting whatever he wants! I've also tried to stop watch tv when I'm really hungry. This has helped me so much. Maybe it will help you? I've ordered my groceries online from Peapod Stop & shop and that has helped because I'm know for throwing in cheese curls in my basket! I've had some extremely close calls with cheating and have also been dreaming of myself cheating on this diet I just want a juicy greasy burger!0

I stopped the food network. I agree I think it was making me crave the yummiest. found lots of recipes on Pinecrest so I am determined to try some. This week's weight in was not good. My boyfriend has been pretty good at dinner, but might have to send him to the grocery by himself.

It will get better! Have you tried making Kale chips? I did last night and I felt like I was cheating! They are delicious!0

I started IP in Jan 2014 until June 2014.. Lost 78lbs. I just went back to Ip Jan 2015 with a gain of 23 lbs... I had a rough holiday season and sick family members in the hospital so I stress ate. Horrible trait I have. But since back I have managed to get back to 75lbs lost. IP really works well and even when I stopped I managed to keep the weight off for months until it gpt stressful and holiday season.0

If u crave something sweet try taking a lick of Walden farms chocolate syrup.0

And honestly every weekend I treated myself to some pizza. And I still managed to lose 78 lbs0

I am on Phase 4 of Ideal Protein plan since March 4, 2015 after losing 63 pounds in 5.5 months.0

Hi
Am going to start phase III tomorrow, am really excited! Lost 47 lbs since September 20140 -
Having a hard time sheding pounds! Is the second week significantly slower?0
-
My second week was not too bad, slowed down considerably though almost by half which I was told is normal. My third week had some cheating so I was up .2lbs but by the end of week three and now week 4 I am back on track and for 1 month of the program I am at 11lbs lost so I am happy with that. My measurements are tracked tonight I am interested to see inches lost.0
-
That's awesome! I'm happy you are on track again! I was told maybe my weight went up 2lbs because I was menstruating (TMI) sorrry! Have you had the same issue? (TMI) sorry0
-
I have not noticed a difference with menstruating and the weight loss cycle, but everyone is different and I know my consultant said it is a possibility. Mine was contributed to cheating, mmm homemade Mediterranean food, could not turn it down. Something for me to watch this month. We did do measurements after a months time I am down about 1.5-2.5 inches all around for a total of 5.5 inches so that was a nice thing to see, even more so than the weight loss, maybe try measurements and see what's going on if you are concerned.0

Yay! That is great to hear! Keep it up!0

I have been on IP since Dec 28th and lost around 50 LBS. Took a week off during SXSW and gained a bit..but the next week back on Phase one it all came back off and then some. There are some tough choices on dining out occasionally, but the evening meal is pretty easy to find at most places..
Also, 8OZ of protein and 2 cups of veggies is a lot! Final thought here.. I love the desert bars caramel nut or the peanut butter vanilla bars.. they have kept me on track as every night it seems like a treat..
IP is good stuff...0 -

IP for me right now is $88/ week CDN for the three IP food packets, this will include your weekly check in and consultant. It then goes to about $40/week on phase two and $20/ week phase three. It saves me a lot on groceries though, as I am now only buying fresh veggies and protein products. Essentially taking out all the expensive items, as you can shop sales on protein or visit your local butcher. My partner is not on this and I find even the little bit we spend on his Breakfast or Lunch items is still way less then what we were eating prior to my IP Program.

I noticed that too! Plus, I'm not buying all the junky fast food either which I never realized it adds up tremendously.0 -
Hey you guys! I re-started IP on March 4, 2015 and have since lost 13lbs:). My first time on IP was a lot quicker - about a year and a half ago I lost 25 lbs in 5 months but due to stressors and emotional eating off plan, I gained it all back.. But, this is the only plan that works for me and my lifestyle - I truly love the strictness and need it right now. First time around I didn't phase through all of the phases and will definitely do that this time around. I continue to learn a lot about myself and understand what I need to do. My weight loss after the first week has dropped to 1lb per week so Coach has me recording both in my journal and My Fitness Pal and limit carb intake to 40g Max per day so that I stay in ketosis. This week I intend to alternate between restricted/non-restricted snacks as maybe that is holding me back, not sure but hoping for a big loss for my Wk 6 weigh-in. Happy to join groups and link up for support. I love this program -- IP works!!0

Congrats! That's awesome!!0
