I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant, and I had a really hard time getting it off. You just have to start your journey now. You won't lose 100 pounds over night, but you have to realize that you will be happier then you are now with every pound lost. If you have a bad day, just leave it at that.. Just a bad day, and pick up the next day and be healthy. Every single good food choice you make and every time u exercise u are closer to your goal. Just track everything thing you eat, good and bad, really take a look at your life and what needs to change. Find some sort of exercise that you enjoy doing, and just keep going. Make short goals and be easy on yourself. People on here are very supportive.
