Side effects of sugar free sweets???

hi, I recently bought a load of sugar free zero carb sweets to try to get a hold of my sweet tooth without doing damage.. Well I ate 4 about 6 hours ago and now I'm terribly nauseous and 'windy' anyone else get this?

yes ...went from windy to runs. had to throw them out. eat fruit now to try to curb the sweet tooth

Oh yeah. sugar alcohols give me a terrible tummy ache and gas.

I cannot eat fruit I gave a severe intolerance which makes me sick :-( I like dries raisens and cranberrys in very small doses mind I'll try that thsnks

I haven't had diahorrea but I had terrible gas and almost vomited I didn't know that it would make me sick :-(
