Starting my lifestyle change...not the "D" word.

54, 5' 6", 218 lbs (I have never posted my weight before), pre menopausal and tired of feeling tired.
Day 1. Eat better and start getting organized. Need to get rid of the clutter in my life along with the extra pounds! Go!

    Go for it! And yes, it is a lifestyle change... diets don't work, training your brain does! Start with what you eat and then start to work up to frequent exercise. You can't out-exercise or exercise off bad food choices, but good choices help you exercise better and/or more often.

    I find MFP extremely helpful in keeping the calories in check. Success stories for motivation. Get your mind in the right place then.....never give up!!!!
