I lost 5 lbs in the first week and not an ounce since ! The scale has gone up And back down. But nothing beyond what I've lost in the first week. I've been watching for 3 weeks !
I was promised to lose 1 lb/week and am recording everything. Weighing food. Measuring. Exercsing. Tracking wih a Fitbit. Earning extra cals for physical activities.
Any suggestions ? Advice ?

With six pounds to lose, a one pound per week loss is overly aggressive. With a closed diary it is impossible for anyone to give specific feedback.0

If your logging in your exercises don't do it anymore. When I first started I had the same problem. My trainer told me not to log my activities cause it adds more calories to eat. Once I stopped logging them I started to lose weight. I hope that helps.0

yes as sassy said if your logging your exercise just be mindful if you choose to use them all in your food count the loss will be much smaller....my trainer said to me...if you dont need them dont use them if your having a day where you are really hungry(and that may be because you have trained hard) use some of them ....I wouldnt get into the habit of that everyday but I have on my days where Im hungry used some of them back...so far I've lost 7.6kg in a 12week nutrition challenge Im doing through my gym ,...dont give up though keep going your giving yourself good healthy eating patterns at the very least0

Its an estimation not a promise. Without looking at your diary and certain other information its going to be hard to give a tailored answer. You may or may not be at deficit, but even then the less you have to lose the harder it becomes.
Check your logging and keep doing things at a deficit. Patience and if it doesnt move in another 2,3,4 weeks then lower your calories by 200-250.0 -
You were 'promised'???? I want a promise too...then I can stop all this hard work lol.0

i agree... don't use those extra calories you get from exercising. This is especially true if you are over 50 or so.

That's actually how MFP works
OP, can you open your diary?0
