I love my nutribullet, and my high powered blender. I am a huge fan of smoothies. I prefer the ones without yogourt, and that do have lots of vegetables in them.

Anyone have any creative ideas or recipes they like??

    I love doing shakes :)
One of my favorite is simple.
    1 serving of frozen strawberries
1 serving of protein powder (I use Visalus)
    Water
    Water enhancers

    It gives great flavor.

I usually have a smoothie every day that consists of:

1 cup frozen strawberries (or 4-6 of them) or 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 cup carrots (10 baby carrots)
    2 cups of kale
    1 banana
    4 ice cubes
1 cup of almond/soy milk (I've found that dairy milk makes it frothy and I don't like it that way)

I'm really picky and the banana overpowers the taste of the kale and carrots so I'm at least getting the nutrients from those.

    Frozen banana
    Unsweetened almond milk
    Fresh spinach
    Cinnamon OR unsweetened cocoa powder

About 150 calories, filling, and easily digested. I have it before working out in the mornings and have eggs or some protein after the workout.

I love this post! I have a few different breakfast smoothies that I do but my favorites by far are...
    A Bikini Model's Go-To Protein Detox Shake
1 cups (85g), Kale Greens (Col Rizada)
1 scoop (28g), Protein Powder, French Vanilla (100% Premium)
1 cup, almond breeze milk vanilla
0.50 cup, halves, Strawberries - Raw
With the milk I use and the protein powder (whey powder) it comes out to 227 calories

    and

    Mango Monkey Smoothie
0.50 cup, sliced, Mangos - Raw
    6.00 medium Strawberry, Strawberries
1 3.50 inch medium Banana, Bananas
1.00 scoop (28g), Protein Powder, French Vanilla (100% Premium)
0.75 cup, almond breeze milk vanilla
Same as before with the type of ingredients I use it comes out to 293 calories.

At first I did not like the idea of smoothies for breakfast but when I tried the Detox shake I fell in love. Didn't look good at first but it was amazing!!
