Cholesterol

ok... Kinda confused... I ate 2 hard boiled eggs and suddenly im over my cholesterol limit? Thought eggs are good for you?

    They are. Some things in here are set crazy low, such as cholesterol and sodium.

    If it's coming from good food, don't sweat it :)

    Also dietary cholesterol doesn't affect overall cholesterol as much as once believed. You're fine.

    I'm glad you posted this because I was wondering too. And sodium. So many good for you foods already have sodium and cholesterol. Is there a way to change MFP settings?

    The most mg for sodium in any diet should be no more than 2300 mg.Every once in a while I go over but most of the time I stay between 2000-2300 mg.
