I need to tone up for summer but have seriously no motivation I need help?

we're all here if you need motivation:) Try a mixture of cardio and specific workouts (eg legs, abs ect). Also eating clean:) good luck!!0

Find people on here to add as friends so your myfitnesspal dashboard is always booming with activity of people exercising and eating healthy! It's hard to not be motivated when you're exposed to tons and tons of motivated people every time you use this application !0
