I need some help finding a good diet and some exercises that will help flatten my tummy. Any ideas?

Crazy russians, sit-ups, crunches(incline, flat and declined), leg lifts, flutter/scissor kicks, good old running drink lots of water. Chicken n veggies. Low sodium foods and low fatty foods
