How often do you weigh in?

I weigh myself whenever i am in the gym...but weekly for that one solid number. (same day and time each week)0

1-2 times a week.0

I weigh every day, even when things aren't going well. I also use an app called Weight Record on my Ipad and it graphs the weight for me. So I can see after a big meal how it affects me the next day, and then goes back to normal. I can detect trends or plateaus and address them immediately to keep the movement going in the right direction.0

I weigh every day.

I weigh daily BUT the caveat it that I know my weight will fluctuate and I do NOT get upset about the daily fluctuations going up and down. I used to get discouraged so I would weigh weekly but I like to be able to track the progress and see what my body is doing. If you do weigh daily, just be prepared0

I weigh daily first thing in the morning and record the numbers in an excel graph. It is interesting to see the fluctuations and what makes the scale jump.. usually a really heavy lifting session, lots of food before bed or high sodium meals from the day before do it.0

Monthly, I feel like it separates me from all my anxiety over fluxuations and shows a more accurate representation of my progress0

I weigh every day just because I'm the curious sort, but I only do a check-in (recording my weight) once a week. I think if I were to record every day the graph would look like an EEG gone wrong.0

I weigh weekly. Any more often you are probably obsessed/addicted.
How many posts have you seen where people are freaking out over weight gain of 2 pounds, then it turns out they weigh themselves every day and it's just normal fluctuations/water weight.
Weight fluctuates, it's probably best to look at the numbers/trend over a few weeks rather than 1-3 days.0 -
Every morning when I get up. I want to stay on track - I'm aware of fluctuations like water retention and poop so don't stress too much. However, I have a bit to lose and I find the daily weighing very motivating - it's now really just part of the routine. I weigh myself right after I get up - same time, scales in same place.0

Search function if your friend because this is asked once per week at least. I weigh everyday because I like the data points and it tells me a lot about normal fluctuations.0 -
When I feel like it which is every 3-10 days.0

once a week, too much fluctuation on the daily weigh-in so i pushed it to weekly.0

I agree with looking at 3 weeks of data instead of 3 days. But I'd rather look at 21 measurements over three weeks than just 3 or 4 measurements. That's why I weigh daily and record daily in another app which does stats in a way that I like.0 -
way too much for my own good0

If I weighed once per week I would probably freak out when I saw something that didn't make sense. But because I weigh everyday it all kind of makes sense.0 -
I weigh & record my weight (and Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate) daily; but, I use the weekly average of my weight for tracking purposes. I weigh (without clothing) right after I get up and use the bathroom.
The daily fluctuations in weight are too radical; but the weekly average is much more smooth and tends to better show the trend.0 -
Too much. As a result I'm likely going to be removing the batteries from my scale and putting it away until the end of April, just to see if I can do it.0

I weigh daily.
This because i like to see the progress and i am not bothered or worried about fluctuations.
It also made me learn which foods make me hold water ( like for example cod, when i eat cod i hold water). So in general salty foods. I dont use added salt to my food at all. So like cad and bacon can make me hold water.
And i recognized or saw the connections of my fluctuations and what i ate. So that is a reason for me to keep an eye on it.
Blood pressure & HR and measurements and photo is every Monday.0
