help I need guidance on my macros i have no idea what they should be at???

You can just leave them at the defaults that MFP sets for now and see how you go. The weight loss part of this is just calories in vs calories out (CICO). You can tweak them down the track if the ratios aren't working for you.0

I use traineatgain.com to work out my macros, they have a macro calculator which i have found so helpful and there's loads of tip on there to help you along.0
