i am 3 months postpartum and excited to start losing now. I realize I may see results slower than average because I am nursing but with the weather getting warmer I want to get a jump on weight loss. I am going to be starting Cathe Friedrichs Xtrain program and love TurboFire for cardio. Anyone out there like me? Let's team up for accountability.

Make sure to give yourself extra calories (500 I believe) so your supply doesn't drop. My little one is almost 9 months, so eating solids too and since using my fitness pal I've noticed a big drop in my milk supply - could be he's nursing less, could be my cutting calories - just make sure you're staying hydrated and getting the calories you need :-)0
