in Getting Started
I read somewhere that you are suppose to eat your calories that you earn from exercise. It was posted bu MFP. Now i see alot of posts that say they do not so that. Which is right?

    The way MFP is set up you are supposed to. But as the database and exercise machines tend to overestimate, people either eat a percentage of them back (up to 75% max) or none at all.
