Hi, my name is Crystal. Im 25, and from Puerto Rico. I have a son, he's 4, and a beautiful princess, she's 2. I began my "fitness journey" in 2011. I mostly did spinning, some weights and zumba. I was around 220 pounds when I began in August. By February 2012 I was at my lowest, 157 pounds. When I got pregnant with my little one, it became a downward spiral. I couldn't stop eating, I didn't had any energy to workout so I started gaining weight again. By the time I was 38 weeks, I was weighting around 200 pounds, but a few weeks after I gave birth I was 185. It's been two years, And I can't seem to find ,y pace again. Im hoping to find some motivation, maybe a group or someone I can workout with

Hi there: The best way to get back in shape
is to load up the kids in the baby stroller
add fun toys, lunch, drinks, diapers etc...
And walk your way back to your desired weight.
You can enjoy the outing with the kids-stop anywhere
you wish and have many adventures.
I wore out 2 strollers this way.
And it was a great bonding time for us.
I have many memories here.
Enjoy!!!
