I used to incorporate swimming into my weightloss routine, however once I read this studdy http://www.burnthefatinnercircle.com/members/341.cfm I was completely put off.
I did find I was really hunger after doing laps, compared to no appetite at all after a cario workout on the xtrainer or running.

I swim 2 miles a day, eat ALL of my calories back, and still lose weight at about 1-2 # a month.0

As a senior I love that I can still swim. but, have trouble getting naked & wet in the winter even if it is an indoor pool. Mentally pumps me up as well as the physical workout.0
