I just posted this on another forum but I figured I'd share because it's SOOOOOOO GOOD.

This one of my fav salads. It's Taylor farms sweet kale salad with Brussel sprouts. It comes as a kit with dressing and craisins but I just use the salad itself. With 1/4 cup honey roasted mixed nuts (cvs brand) 6 cherry tomatoes a hard boiled egg 1 tablespoon reduced sugar craisins and 2 tablespoons poppyseed dressing (wegmans brand) it's super easy and requires minimal skill oe7epjmyipc2.jpg

you may want to double check that, eggs, nuts, craisins and dressing for 120 cals? I make something similar only chicken instead of eggs, and sometimes add goat cheese, and it is well over 300 cals.

Just calculated it because I'm super bored at work :)

    Total Calories: 443

Fresh Express Spring Mix (she said she just uses the salad base) - 2 cups - 20 cals
    Wegman's Honey Roasted Mixed Nuts - 1/2 cup - 190 cals
    Cherry Tomatoes - 6 tomatoes - 18 cals
    Reduced Sugar Craisins - 1/9th cup (1 tbsp.-ish) - 25 cals
    Hard Boiled Egg - 1 egg - 70 cals
    Wegman's Poppyseed Dressing - 2tbsp - 120 cals

    Macros:
    Carbs - 33g
    Protein - 15g
    Fat - 29g

Thanks...I was too lazy to do it for myself :) It could be tweaked up without the craisins or honey coated nuts with half the dressing to be lower carb and calories to fit my goals better. Usually when I make a salad, I jsut wing it with whatever I have handy in my kitchen.

you may want to double check that, eggs, nuts, craisins and dressing for 120 cals? I make something similar only chicken instead of eggs, and sometimes add goat cheese, and it is well over 300 cals.

I can see how the question would come across as what's the calorie and macro count for the poppyseed dressing. So I don't think Breezy0906 was trying to say the entire salad was 120 Cals.
BTW breezy, it looks absolutely delicious!!

AHHH that makes much more sense. I clearly needed more coffee before foruming...

And the 443 for the whole salad sounds much more realistic.

It does look great, except I'm not a hard boiled egg person! I also made a similar one last Easter with blueberries (fresh) instead of craisins and grilled salmon. It was fantastic with the poppyseed dressing.

it was 120 cals for the dressing not the whole thing.

I also discovered it and tweak mine also. I use some feta - 80 cal., toasted almonds - 80 cal and 1/2 the pkg which is about 2 servings. I throw away the packet of cranberries and pumpkin seeds and use 1/2 dressing packet. I may add back 1 TB of cranberries. Another version is add some avocado. its delicious and super crunchy and filling. I make the whole bag of mix only into 2 servings for work lunch. its a great base to start with

this is accurate accept the Kale salad alone is about 90 cals because it has kale and brussel sprouts in it. but you can def use spring mix if you need to save the cals.
