I lost a lot of muscle mass recently and my appetite has drastically decreased . I'm 5'5 with a relatively small frame. I take a multivitamin and maca root suppelments. Are there any other suggestions? or success stories?

You need a strict diet plan that mirrors your exercise. Regular food 5 times a day0

Have you seen a doctor? any other sudden changes? emotional impacts? Large life changes?
A sudden loss of appetite could be a symptom of something.
Are you currently lifting? if not you should be on a lifting program.
Are you doing regular cardio? If you are you should probably cut that down.
Do you know what you TDEE/BMR is?
What are you currently eating? (hint- open your diary)
Ultiamtely you need to find out what maintance calories are for your height weight and activity level- then add 150-250 calories on top of that.
If you don't start gaining in 3-4 weeks- add another 150 calories- then wait another 3-4 weeks.
Gaining is a slow and steady process- much like losing. You cannot rush it.I think u should try apetamin syrup youtube it and u can see all the good stories I ordered mine and with less than a week I gained 5 pounds ♥
no need to order anything special- all you need is a calorie surplus.
Odds are you didn't gain anything but water weight. and 5 pounds a week is really high- good luck to you if you keep gaining at that rate.0 -

Quoting this, just in case OP can't read it. Also quoting it because this is good advice, so it should be stated again.0 -
See a doctor, those symptoms could indicate that something is wrong...0
