100 PUSH UPS!
If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!

ANY KIND COUNTS!
Super Challenge Option: 10 push-ups (any kind still counts), 10 sit-ups (or crunches if you prefer), and then 10 squats. Repeat for a total of 10 sets. If you’re really feeling inspired, add10 30-second planks. Show us how strong you are this weekend!

I'm going to attempt this...but it's been a while since I've exercised...0

This will be hard for me since push-ups are are very difficult for me (my gym teachers in school actually gave up on me doing push ups!) but I'll try it!0

Ok! In total I did 100 squats, 100 sit-ups and 85 push-ups (on my knees) Seeing improvement in my push-ups though!0
