This pic is literally 2 weeks apart I can't believe the progress I have made!! 20 pounds down since January and 20 more to go!!

    Wow! That's great.....what have you been doing? I'm only down 1lb in 4 weeks..lol yeah that's super bad for me but I'm eating too many sweets and. That's my down fall....what did you do? Can I add you?

    Thank you! And I have been very strict on my diet I only drink water and maybe 2x out the week a hot cup of green tea in the morning and when I crave something sweet I usually eat 1 Oreo instead of the usual 8-10lol! And as far as exercise I can't afford the gym so I did 30 day shred from YouTube and I do the basics like push ups crunches squats etc 6 days a week & sure u can add me! I don't get up here as often as I use to but I'm going to start
