Arthritis sufferers

I am looking for easy exercises as I have arthritis in nearly every joint and can't really exercise much.

Try aerobics in the water. No joke. It is resistance training and you're moving your body0

Thank you! I will give that a go. Will have to wait for the renovations to finish. I used to go swimming on a Monday evening for only £2 and my carer (my hubby) got in for free.0

May I ask how old you are? I too suffer from severe arthritis in my back, knees, and shoulders. I do modified aerobic exercise and don't get me wrong I get sore but I am able to do it. I am 40 however so I'm still relatively young. Add me if you want!0

Something in a pool, which will take the pressure off your joints.
Or simple walking
(I've had arthritis since I was a teen)
I have found that getting moving - even something simple - is always better than not moving. I have a lot less of the stiffness in my joints if I get some sort of movement in daily - even if it's just a walk.
Over time, and after losing some weight, I was able to add in more strenuous exercise. You might even find that the case, too!0 -

Right there with ya. I second water aerobics. It's eased my pain tremendously. Same with yoga or some light stretching twice a day0
