            Hi Everyone,
 It's Saturday...A nother week has gone by and it's time for our next weekly Weigh-in...The numbers are looking great this week. Lets hope we get another good week. I'm really happy for all your successes especially since we went from Easter to Mothers' day back to back! I have pared back the list again for those I know are not actively participating. I look forward to checking in with you and seeing your numbers post as the week goes by.

            Well I had a "sad' day yesterday, as I've begun to refer to them. I had a comfort food binge. Ate a whole box of of Little Debbie Cookies :frown: But I did log them into my journal and pretty much doubled my calories, however I know it's just a minor set back. I'm leaving today to go back home for the week. It's our annual family reunion, it'll be the first "event" of the year without my Dad. They say the first year is the hardest because it's all those "first ____ with out him". It's going to be hard and I'm sure I'll do lots of crying all over again. I get teary eyed as I type this but I know I have to be strong, especially for my Mom, this is hardest on her being alone.
 I have to remember that I do have a goal here, and even when there are bad days I have to keep them in mind and not let the hard times get the better of me. I'm glad I have support here :flowerforyou: our mini challenge family has been great! I really hope we can keep it going through the summer. I was thinking maybe we should do a 4th of July Challenge? We could call it our Personal Independence Day Challenge! Hope you are all getting closer to your goals! Take care, I promise to get back to my more kick butt challenge attitude soon, just gotta make it through this week being around family again. Bitter sweet...

            I will be thinking about you Heidi as you are at your family reunion . I do love the idea about the 4th of July challenge ! The challenges are great for me they keep me motivated and thats what i need !0

 April was a bad eating month full of birthdays and Easter so I feel like I'm not making the progress that I should, scale went backwards - still trying to work off the weight I regained.

            Hi everyone,
 I hope we all had an excellent week and are ready to post our new numbers on Sunday!!!! I am preparing this past weeks chart and will post it here in a few minutes...0

            OK So I just went through this weeks posts, and it looks like we lost some more folks...and of course I am saddened by that, but I understand. I am gald to see some of you back that were not here last week, so I hope that will be the case next week.
 Hugs going out to Heidi and her family as they get through this reunion...
 Some of you have been sick, and others have been away out of town and thats always hard, but the numbers are looking great!!!!
 Let's kill it this next week.... I know all the numbers from Sunday will be great and then we have one more weigh-in on Sunday the 29th the official end of our Challenge..Take a minute and do a progress check...Are you close to where you wanted to be? Re-focus this week and see what you can do to meet your goal. This week I officially gave up Soda for water and I am excited to weigh in officially tomorrow because I know it has made a HUGE difference for me. What will be the thing to make a HUGE difference for you???????

            Wow so far so good everyone... I am happy to say I lost 3 pounds this week. I am in at 154.5. Got to be all that water. I met my goal for the first time and a week early.
 So many of you are close...I just know you can do it!!!!0
