I am accounting for those distances, as previously said I call it walk/run for my own benefit and I go by the total of calories burned on the treadmill for the total warm up walk/run/ warm down walk so the exercise is accurate, I then manually type it in under walk run based on what i have done on the treadmill. I logged 12.5 grams of ham and I just doubled checked this and weighed a shaved piece again and yes it weighed 7 grams for 1 piece of small shaved ham, countdown brand NZ (have attached pic) . Because i have lost 30kg previously and maintained for 13 years I feel what I am doing and eating is the same as I have always done, except I am older obviously and am now doing exercise where I never did before. I will preserve and hoer that its just a plateau.

Is the exercise quite a new thing? It's possible you are retaining some fluid. But I'm still betting you are also out a bit on your food intake (which is not an entirely bad thing, because 1000 cals a day is too low). You should also be eating back half your exercise calories.
I also wouldn't call that shaved ham. Trying to think what we call it here! (I'm vege, so wouldn't have a clue). Maybe pressed ham or something? Probably higher fat, and therefore higher cal than actual shaved ham off the bone.
ETA - ok, checked the Countdown website . Did you enter the nutritional info into the database yourself or go off someone else's entry? If the latter, double check it against the info on your pack just to be sure (there are two different varieties, the value one is probably fattier).0 -

Excellent. Start weighing all the foods you were either using measuring cups or guesses for, see where that takes you, and aim for 1200 cals a day (plus half of any exercise cals). Give it a few more weeks and see how things go . I know it's tough not seeing the scales move, but your body will let go of the water eventually and then whoosh!! To help with the fluid retention keep an eye on your sodium intake and drink plenty of water.0
