    I know the feeling...I'm hoping to see the 140's next week...I already told Rach but just to let everyone else know, I gained that half a pound back so I'm back at 152..pooh!! But get to do cardio again this week so IT"S ON!!! :-)

    I weighed in at 216 this week! My biggest weekly loss yet!

    My gym is closed this week, so I'm going to be at my yoga studio 5x this week instead of once! Can't wait to see what this is like!

    Hey ladies, 233.4 for the week...that's a good loss, for me and put me past my mini-goal of 5% lost, now on to the next mini-goal of 10% lost!!! Got boot camp and I am super pumped to work out to the max and just rock it out...have a good week!

    Up 1.6 from last week to 183.6. It was another weekend away with a wine festival, all meals out and no exercise. Add TOM to the mix and I'm surprised it's not more.

    165.2 this morning... only -0.2 lbs. It's frustrating how much my loss has slowed. I think I might be entering a plateau ugh! Starting P90x today so hopefully that will kick me out of it!
