Met my 5 week predicted weight in week 4

Thanks to MFP, today I met my 5 week predicted weight in week 4. I have been staying right at the recommended amount of calories and usually burn about 400 calories per day through cardio exercise. I have pretty much cut out added sugar other than one day per week. I have not felt hungry or tired. So far down 16#, two more pounds to drop out of the BMI obese category.
