200 CRUNCHES! (or as many as you can)
Any kind will do. Crunch on the floor, on a ball, standing side crunch, crunch at work, crunch with your kids- heck some people even manage to sneak them in hiding in a bathroom stall!
These work anywhere, anytime Just get 200 in by midnight!

Oh I am so in on this one! I was disappointed that I couldn't do this week's challenge in another thread because I don't have any stairs. But this I can do! Love it!0

Ok so I waited till the little guys went to bed before I tried the crunches again. Did another 200, so 250 all up. And I did 25 push ups while I was at it - just because I can0
