    it's a non-scale victory. e.g. getting down a size in clothing, choosing a healthy option where you'd normally have an unhealthy one, getting a compliment etc.etc.

    couldn't have said it better my first NSV was the fact that my belly no longer touches the steering wheeel when I drive lol x
