I have always been skinny and I hate the feeling

  • I started eating 2,500 calories a day, also do a lot of cardio and i just started weight training, ive put on 3lbs in 4weeks.
  • Ive still a long way to go! Im 7st 4lbs and 5foot 5inches

    That's a great news but I been reading that I should avoid cardio if am trying to gain weight :( but focus more on weight training. Glad that it's working for you. Yes I started eating 2,500 calories and taking multivitamins

    Yes I am actually going to buy my protein shake today.
