I'm training for my first half on 3/3 and would love some first-timers to virtually train with and support. Anyone starting this "slightly scary" adventure soon??

I'm near the end of HM training. It is my first, so you can add me if you want My half is 4/4, so its coming up quick.
My midweek medium run will be indoors today, as we got surprise snow! I'm usually okay with running in the snow, but I don't want to slip and get injured so close to race day.0 -

I ran 10 miles the other day and it felt great... That night I had a bottle of wine to celebrate... I accidentally signed up for a half that night... Sooooo I guess I'm training for a half as well.0

I'll also be doing a 10 mile race at the end of April in addition to the half on 4/4. My training will be similar0

Are you running the Pittsburgh Marathon on May 3rd? I am training for the half as well. I am using Hal Higdon Half Marathon Training Novice 2. Finishing out week 7. I ran my long Saturday run on Wednesday because I have plans Saturday morning.0

I did my first half last fall. Have another couple on the schedule over next few months- including one tomorrow! It's my favorite distance so far. We'll see what I think of full marathons and ultra running0
