172 for me this morning!!! Hoping To keep heading in this direction and seeing the 160's in a week or two.
I know the feeling...I'm hoping to see the 140's next week...I already told Rach but just to let everyone else know, I gained that half a pound back so I'm back at 152..pooh!! But get to do cardio again this week so IT"S ON!!! :-)0 -

My gym is closed this week, so I'm going to be at my yoga studio 5x this week instead of once! Can't wait to see what this is like!0 -

Hey ladies, 233.4 for the week...that's a good loss, for me and put me past my mini-goal of 5% lost, now on to the next mini-goal of 10% lost!!! Got boot camp and I am super pumped to work out to the max and just rock it out...have a good week!0

Up 1.6 from last week to 183.6. It was another weekend away with a wine festival, all meals out and no exercise. Add TOM to the mix and I'm surprised it's not more.0

165.2 this morning... only -0.2 lbs. It's frustrating how much my loss has slowed. I think I might be entering a plateau ugh! Starting P90x today so hopefully that will kick me out of it!0
