hi guys I'm jay, I'm trying to lose about 10-11 kg in 2 months (going away) but I want to keep muscle and lose fat , any tips lads and lasses ????? Cheers

    Welcome Jay! :) I would say do some lifting, 5-6 times a day followed by cardio, eat healthy and include lots of protein in your diet. There are lots of programs you could also follow on bodybuilding.com. You can do this! :)
