what are some good ways to keep losingweight excited,when the scale doesn't budge and no-one wants to workout with you...

    Just think why you want to lose weight, that let alone should be a good motivation. I don't work out with anyone and the scale doesn't always budge, but i know why i want to lose weight so i plug away at it. x

    you couldn't be more right lol I was just thinking about that too. the fam has a history of bad health,I don't want that for myself

    Take pictures and measurements monthly. My scale barely moved but when I measured and took pictures there was a noticeable difference.
