    8.5 oz of cut up chicken tenders
    1.25 oz of crumbled goat cheese
    3.5 oz (one small) avocado
    sprinkle on some balsamic vinegar and you're good to go

    479 calories
    24g Fat
    8g carbs
    60g protein
    1 g sugar

    Ingridients:

    Sargento - Cheese - Natural Pepper Jack
    Avocados - Raw, 50 g
    Trader Joes - Habanero Lime Flour Tortilla, 1 tortilla
    Stubb's - Original Barbecue Sauce, 32 g (2 tbsp)
    Meat - Chicken Breasts Boneless Skinless, 7.5 oz
    Red onions
    I coocked the chicken by adding it to a pot of boiling water with garlic powder and chopped onion ( after water boils, add chicken, reduce to simmer for ~15 minutes)
    Once the chicken is cooked shred it with a fork and mix it with the BBQ sauce
    The "pizza" is trader joe's tortilla topped with the chicken BBQ
    top with cheese and onions, place in oven until cheese melts and desired crispiness of tortilla
    top with slices avocados
