There are so many success stories and they're all so inspiring, but since I'm a guy, I get more inspired by reading success stories from other men. I wish there was a dedicated section, but since there's none, post your before and after photos here, so all guys can get inspired.

Feel free to see my gallery in the profile.
Heaviest: 229 lbs
Current: Maintaining at 145-150
Attained mostly through MFP calorie monitoring and a LOT of treadmill / cardio workout time. The cycle started in January this year is alternating cardio and lifting days to increase muscle mass slowly. Got 4.5 members in the 'pack, hoping to see at least one more's worth this summer!

SW: 196#
CW: 155#
Started on this after high A1C reading (9.3). Just tried to watch sugar and starches. Lost 11 pounds in 9 months and knew it was not enough. I started walking and got a Fitbit. Lost 20 more from increased activity in 3 months. Started with MFP about 5 months ago and lost another 11# since. Most recent A1C was 6.6.0 -
Here you go. Work in progress.....

I'm 6'6". Started out at 490lbs in 2010. Got down to 235lbs by May 2012. I finally figured out that I needed to be healthy for my family, and started eating less and working out.
Since then I've been working on adding muscle mass. I lift 5 days a week, and run and bike as well. This is recent picture at 245:

I'm the opposite to most of you in that I'm looking to add on weight/muscle. Started MFP more or less a year around the same time I started going to a PT. Weight when I started both was 57kg. Goal was to get to 60kg by the end of the year which I did. Last weigh in was 62.5kg. Have a high metabolism so have been on a 4,000 calorie regime since October of last year. Going well so far. Adding on muscle and weight as well as body fat but was very low to begin with. Used to be overweight years ago. Lost all of that and then found it hard to put weight/muscle back on. Not anymore thankfully. Congrats to everyone.0
