Good Sunday evening ev1!
I'd like to challenge ev1 to commit to working out at least 6 days this next week for at least 30 minutes. Are you in? I am! What's the prize, a healthier you!

Let's do this, you'll feel better, most likely lose some weight and begin making exercise a habit.

I'm in!!!! I dont know about where you live but here its raining and will be all week long =...BUT I have a treadmill and just need to start using it.. a half an hour isnt that bad we can do it!!!! I am still 62 away from my goal and i need to ge my *kitten* in gear when it comes to the workout part!!! Thanks for posting this!!!0
