5 lb would be awesome, things have slowed a bit at the bottom of the battle. I'll aim for the 5lb but not sure if it's realistic for me since I'm on my last 10lb (give or take).
Maybe this challenge is what I need to get it moving again!0 -

I'm in. It's funny how weight really does creep up on you. I went to the doctor for a company wellness check up a month ago and was shocked and disgusted when I got on the scale. Let's get those bikini bodies back!0

Are you going to make this an actual group? It would be a lot easier to follow threads, and we could start new ones for checking in daily/weekly, share tips or whatever. This thread is getting kinda long and it's hard to see what everyone is posting.0 -
