plan your meals...time consuming but worth it...I tend to eat raw...lately I have been a piggy...but my main meal is breakfast...my BF is gone for the month so I am doing everything for me...remove crap food from your home...too temping...

Welcome! The best advise I can give is be consistent with your logging and true to yourself. It's been addictive and very effective for me so far. Also, use the support system/community of friends for advise and encouragement! Enjoy and feel free to add me as a friend if you're looking for supportive MFP pals.0
