5-6 160lbs trying to get back to a size 4 or 6

Been reducing my calorie in take, eating healthy, go to the gym 5 days a week and do a combo of cardio and strength training. I also walk around 10,000-15,000 steps a day. Any other suggestions to get back to being fit and toned.

    It's all about the cals. Also keeping your heart rate up to 80 percent to burn the fat. Add me if you like
