Hi there!! I'm a graduated nutrition student who's always eaten fairly well! Curious about eating IIFYM, but I am a vegetarian almost no dairy, eggs often! Anyone have any tips on getting started?

I am not vegetarian but here is a delicious Spanish baked eggs recipe suitable for dinner: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/7573/spicy-tomato-baked-eggs
Serve with rice, corn tortillas or polenta and salad!0 -
Well, to get started you will have to figure out what your macros need to be at. For many vegetarians protein is the hard one to hit. Having eggs open helps a whole lot. If you can tolerate whey protein that can help hit the protein number as well.0
