Im on my last 30lbs - im down by 4.5lbs currently.
I have bought a skipping rope but other than doing the obivous and jumpinhg up and down fast, i have no idea of how to mix it up.....the handles are weighted and its a leather rope so its got weight to it.
I sterted yesterday and managed 1 minute before i was pooped lol, going for another minute today followed by a break and then another as i want to build it up and get to 10-15 mins flat out by the end of april if not sooner.

It's a long time since I skipped, but I have bought a rope too. It's quite a work out. There are heaps of videos on youtube. Here is a good workout. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NIvRAaOdlQ

Just google jump rope workouts. Make sure you are adding in other types of workouts too, or at least not doing this for hours and hours each week. All I see is pain in the joints when I watch people jump rope, and I'm only 24 lol.
To lose that last 30 pounds make sure you are focusing on your nutrition and calories....exercise is fantastic, but you will lose the pounds in the kitchen.0 -

Hi, yeah im eating as much protein as I can now and im trying for fibre too, im a very picky eater though so i find it hard some days. I have yesterday discovered Hovis Nimble - 55ckal a slice and it means i can have egg on toast without using too many ckalc that can be used for other foods0 -
