Tell her you are feeling self conscious as you have gained weight, and you don't want to be judged on it.0

you don't know that...you think that and it's because you are judging yourself....I can't believe you are considering not going to see your best friend due to weight gain...wow.
I would be there like white on rice.
If gaining has that much negative affect on your life why let yourself gain the weight?
highly doubt she "let" her self gain the wright. I myself gained 25 pounds and didn't even notice it until i got to about 20.. we bought a house renovated it ourselves (mostly me) my hubbie travels 80% of year. when you are not focusing on yourself sometimes you gain weight. Why are you letting yourself be so rude?
yah people let themselves do what they do...I let myself be blunt and honest as I don't believe in sugar coating anything except cookies and donuts...and if people don't like it there is a nice little button where you can ignore my posts.

I would visit my friend. I would not like to feel like I am being judged, but I would rather visit my friend and have that feeling than not see my friend.0

Don't be afraid or nervous, some people gain weight easily and it does happen when your life is busy with other things. But we don't just gain weight because we want to sometimes life is stressful many things happen at once. I am sure that you will lose the weight, and it's not your best friends husbands problem , he should take s look at himself and who is he to judge. Not everything reflects on looks gosh , does he have a heart at all , he must be one of those stuck up *kitten* who think the world is only theirs.0
