I made some mole for the next couple of days.

I had a Don Miguel breakfast burrito because I was hungry, it has 22g of protein and 3g of fiber in 440 calories, and after driving 4 hours in the fog to get home I was not going to cook anything. That convenient store and the microwave are not my friends.0

lunch - turkey mince with cajun seasoning, brocolli, zuchinni, kewpie mayo, cottage cheese, a slice of cheese, spinach.. heated up so the cheese is melted.. all within macros.. heaven!!0

I ate a chocolate bar. I was offered one, and I didn't even think about it. I'm not usually too worried about chocolate bars, except this one put me over goal and I should have realized that.0

i tried something and froze a popsicle shaped glass of milk in the fridge and had that for a snack! definitely not the same as the real thing, but it'll do since i'm too lazy to go out and buy some haha0

My dinner consisted of: Frosted Flakes + skim milk, blueberry kefir, a macaroni cup with chicken, and some cottage cheese. I had to eat up around 800 calories since I was sleeping through when I would eat today...0
