Best, reasonably priced, scale? In your opinion...

My scale is about 4 or 5 years old, digital lithium taylor scale and it's deciding to not like me lately. I know you shouldnt weigh yoursef so often but who can help it when it's in the bathroom, staring you in the face? It's in the same spot on the hard surfaced bathroom floor, never moved and it decides to freak me out by telling me I've gained 4lb in a matter of 30 minutes when I haven't touched any food or water.
What are your thoughts on scales that track your BMI or Body fat%, etc? Are they really accurate?

I heard the Taylor brand is good. However, I do not use it because I have a scale at my gym.0

I use a scale at the gym I go to that records everything from gender, height, lifestyle, etc., give weight, BMI, etc. Real expensive one. My one at home is a very simple Weight Watchers scale I got at a local drug store. I don't think it was over $30.0

I got a weight watchers brand one that tracks weight, body fat, water, and bone for about $40 and i think it works really good. It like scans you feet and i love it, you can make 10 accounts on it for different people.0

No, the body fat measurement of a scale is not accurate.
I think this is a great scale and it's reasonably priced: http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Precision-Digital-Bathroom-Technology/dp/B001KXZ808/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1303128064&sr=8-1
I've had it since February and love it. It also comes with a tape meaure although that's not mentioned in the product description.0 -
