    I'm in. I need this. I'm 162.8 lbs today. On the bright side that's 2 lbs lighter than yesterday, but it's 14 lbs heavier than when I joined fitness pal. I've moved to a new city & I'm trying to get into a routine from home instead of gym.

    Drop the sugar, eat protein (eggs, meat, fish, cheese, etc), eat just a few carbs (healthy ones). For three days eat just carbs on your lunch. Try to do it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then go back to normal. The key is to have a big breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner. This way your metabolism will get unstuck and back to duty. Oh!, and drink water ONLY.

    I need some help, I used to workout 3x a week before my wedding (March 2015) after the wedding and honeymoon I've been doing 5-6x a week alternating between weights/cardio and cardio every other day. I'm gaining weight, like 4 lbs in 2 weeks, I'm still eating 1200 calories a day but it's just I don't understand. ..can someone help me? I'm 25lbs away from my summer goal and i hope this challenge can help me! thank you!
