I do karate, here are some good work out people and I will also add what I do home.
-100 jumping jacks- or 80 ( which some techno music thats fun)
- on your back do 50 "yes" ( head must not touch the ground) and do 50 no's
- 30 crunches ( touch your toes)
-50 crunches each sides and back
- 2 minutes of jumping rope
- 50 push up ( dont expect do it in one shot if your not used to it lol )
- you can also walk your dog/ ipod
- dance dance revolution anybody ? lol

do yourself a mini choregraphy with music you like!
