Haven't lost any weight

Hi,
I've been going to fitness for almost 4 weeks and I try to eat less than 1200 calories a day but I haven't noticed a weight loss. According to my food diary I should lose 5-7 kg in five weeks. I see some changes in my body but I am the same kgs as 4 weeks ago.

In all likelihood you're eating far more than you think. Are you weighing all your solid food and measuring all liquids. Are your picking appropriate accurate entries from the database? If you open your diary people will be able to give more specific advice but normally it comes down to logging inaccuracies.

Are you logging your food correctly/honestly? (this will be said a lot)
Are you eating back exercise calories? Correct burn on exercise
It took me 6 weeks before I seen a drop in the scale.
    Good luck

Eating less then 1200 is a bad idea, Also what kinds of foods are you eating? Are you weighing/measuring? Are you tracking everything honestly (ex: cream in your coffee, sugar in your tea etc...)

You can't judge fat loss by weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can lose fat and gain muscle but your body looks completely different. Here are some examples.

AGHHH! No fat does not weigh more then muscle!!! This myth needs to end. 1lb is 1lb. Muscle is denser, which means it takes up less space then a pound of fat.

I opened my diary (at least I think I did...I'm new). I have two days only but that's what I eat usually. Yes I know that 1lb of muscle takes less space than 1 lb of fat and I've lost in size but I thought that I should prob stat losing kgs by now. Thank you for your answers.

When people say "muscle weighs more than fat," I would hope it's understood that they mean by volume. I mean, everyone knows that 1 lb is 1 lb, right?

Why worry about an arbitrary number in the scale of you've lost enough inches to lose a size in 4 weeks? I'd definitely consider eating more, though. Definitely add some more protein.

Make sure your exercise calories are correct. The MFP estimates are very high.

    You'd be surprised.

Yes my exercise logs may be incorrect due to my language barrier and my fitness inexperience. I try to make at least 30 min of cardio but I really try to sweat and I also make strength exercises. I'll try to eat more proteins
